salon will make you feel comfortable and relaxed, provide you with
a second home in which to unwind and get away from life's hassles

matter which salon you choose, there are a few questions you should
ask the salon prior to booking to ensure that you get best

Beauty Image does. Our number one concern is your total
satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your service,
simply let us know within 2 days, and we will gladly redo the
treatment. We will always try hard and promise to do our best, each
and every visit.

Does Your Salon Have a Strict Hygiene Policy To Protect You From
Cross-Contamination and the Spread Of Infectious
Disease?
Beauty Image does. Your health is important to us. All too often
in our industry we hear from clients of other salons that they
suffered minor and major conditions due to poor hygiene. Ranging
from eye infections during poor tinting practices to tinea from
poorly sterilised areas, follicle infections from dirty wax and wax
pots and the list goes on. We take pride in protecting your health
with our hygiene standards and policies. Take a look at our wax
pots - then take a look at others around! We always use
disposable products and accessories wherever possible.
Question 3.
Does Your Salon Offer a Childfree Environment in Which You Can
Truly Escape the Kids, the Hubby, Work and Life in
General?
Beauty Image does. In order to ensure you receive the absolute
most from the time you spend with us we ask that children not be
brought into the salon. We encourage all our clients to use their
time with us to escape the pressures of family. This means when you
visit us you can truly, peacefully relax. Any salon can be a danger
zone to curious children. As we are open every evening and all day
on Saturdays get the hubby to look after the kids and come in for
you time. You deserve it. In the event of a
newborn, and breastfeeding mum, where a babysitter is not
available, simply speak to our friendly team so that we can arrange
for you to bring baby whilst not disrupting any other clients. If
we can pre-arrange this, then we will make sure someone is
available to assist with bubs so you can relax. We do understand it
is hard to leave your new one!

Beauty Image does. We are open late every evening and all day on
Saturdays for your convenience. We understand that our clients work
9-5 so we can't! Opening till 7.30pm each evening (Fridays are 6pm)
and all day on Saturday's means that you can go home from work,
have a cuppa, feed the kids and then pop down for your time. During
the festive season and other high demand times we are here till 9pm
for your convenience. Let us be at your beck and call. We
ask for the courtesy of 24 hours rescheduling of these after hour
appointments as we do hold the therapist and the room just for you,
if you can give us enough notice, we can offer that appointment to
someone who may really, really need it!

How much experience does Your Lash Salon and Lash Stylist
have?
Beauty Image is owned by Marnie Kallmeyer, who was
the WA State Trainer for Xtreme Lashes for over 3
years. She was required to learn certain knowledge,
perfect specific tips and teach these to her students. She left
that position to focus solely on Beauty Image and through her
continued research and passion for the Lash Industry Marnie has
discovered further knowledge, products and techniques - all of
these she has shared with her meticulous staff.
All the staff performing Lash Extensions has had experience of
some sort which has been refined and perfected to Marnie's highest,
most particular standards. Marnie traveled internationally to
further develop her knowledge and precision techniques in Lash
Application in January 2011. When a Lash Stylist is learning
and perfecting her skill, every client booked with her will be told
of this. There are opportunities to become a model for Lash
Training Stylists for a minimal fee, just pop your name down at the
salon.

Professional Advice?
You'll be guaranteed that your lash,
beauty and skin care needs are attended to by the best trained
staff at Beauty Image. You'll know that your beauty therapist has
or is in the process of undergoing rigorous and constant
professional training. And you'll always be informed if your
therapist is in training, so you pay only trainee rates on those
visits. You will NEVER be sold a product
